I can't quite put into words how excited I am about this retreat, I have travelled to Vietnam a couple of times already and I can't wait to explore more. I'm also delighted to be collaborating on another long-haul retreat of a lifetime with Lisa Dunn, Founder of Lisa Dunn Yoga and her wonderful yoga for longevity and optimum brain and body health classes, while also having fun along the way seated on the most incredible yoga platform I think I have ever seen.
If you're not familiar with Northern Vietnam, it is renowned for its stunning scenery, mountains, valleys, and vibrant green paddy fields, it offers an abundance of breathtaking landscapes and rich cultural heritage. We’ll start our retreat in the hustle and bustle of Hanoi and then move on to the Pu Luong Nature Reserve area to properly unplug and enjoy the wonders of nature, yoga, self-development, stillness…
