This will be my third retreat to Southern Goa – I’m not sure if I can properly explain why I love this part of Goa so much, it’s probably a combination of things – in particular, I love the energy I feel when I arrive, I also love the wide expansive beaches, the vibrant colours, the people, the magnificent sunrises and sunsets, the bonkers roads and volume of tooting that goes on, the sound of the waves as I lie in my cabana, the incredible yoga and meditation classes facing the ocean. (A word of warning, no yoga or meditation class will ever be the same once you’ve experienced these – sorry, not sorry).
I also love taking us to an authentic cooking class in a little kitchen tucked away under the coconut trees, plus the delicious fruits and vegetables on offer at every meal educating my palate on…
