I’m excited to be collaborating on this event with Nidhi Verma cooking authentic Indian food in her home kitchen in South West London. Nidhi is a talented chef and founder of ‘Meri Rasoi’ cooking school, as well as a co-founder of the fabulous ‘Cookaway’ brand. I’ve been following Nidhi for a number of years, firstly as a customer of the formidable ‘Cookaway’ brand and more recently as a participant in one of Nidhi’s cooking classes, where we made the best butter chicken I’ve ever tasted. Nidhi has a wonderful energy and her workshops are relaxed, fun and informative, so I’m delighted to be collaborating with her on this ‘Indian Cooking’ workshop. The evening will be part hands-on and part demo-ing, learning about the joys of cooking the ‘thali way’. We'll discover Nidhhi's tips and tricks along with regional ingredients as well as mastering the techniques that make Indian cooking so enjoyable and delicious, see below:
